Yes I am the strongest gym leader
Yes I am accepting challanges
Yes I have rules:
1.No Ubers or leggies
2.No OU whoring *you may use 2 or less ou pokes*
3.Sleep,frozen,species,self ko and item clause
4.No health restore moves/abilities/items
5.If you lose you must wait a week before rechallanging
6.You must beat all other gym leaders before you can challange me
